here’s a fresh new list i made with the lines and things you can try or do if you’d like –
1 – THINK (research, zoom in, tap into feel good nostalgia, light a candle, wear yellow)
2 – FEEL (retreat, hug a tree, eat something yummy, put your phone on airplane mode, eat an orange, save the peel & make a potion out of it with cinnamon sticks)
3 – ACT (do, try, move your body, go for a drive, buy a small treat, be as *red* as possible)
4 – CONNECT (touch, slow down or you’ll miss it, call a friend, self care, pause & ponder. buy a purple pinata because why not? get some skittles too)
5 – REFLECT (change your tune, listen to music, clean your room, throw on some blush or cologne, give a gift, spray someone with silly string unannounced)
6 – PRAY (zoom out, go outside, climb a tree, take a nap, spiral into control this time for real i hope, pretend to be a mermaid or fairy, remember you’re human and you’re doing just fine sweetie)
